Dr. Midhila Baby is an accomplished Medical Oncologist at Cancer Centers of America (CCA), Ludhiana, with a strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based cancer care. She has more than 9 years of experience in the field with special interest in precision oncology. 

 

She specializes in the management of solid organ tumors and hematological malignacies, with expertise in administration of immunotherapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy,  managing oncological emergencies, and delivering comprehensive palliative care. She is proficient in advanced oncological procedures including central line and PICC line insertions, bone marrow biopsies,  intrathecal chemotherapy and has experience in CAR-T cell therapy protocols.

 

Dr Midhila completed her MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana followed by  DrNB in Medical Oncology from Sarvodaya Hospital and Research Centre, Faridabad. She previously served as Senior Resident at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital,Sangrur (unit of Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai) where she gained extensive experience in comprehensive oncology care and multidisciplinary cancer management.

 

She  has played a key role in developing oncology services, delivered training to healthcare professionals and has actively participated in cancer awareness and screening initiatives. She has also led meaningful clinical research projects focused on improving quality of life of cancer patients.

 

Dr Midhila is a member of several leading prestigious oncology societies including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), Indian Society of Oncology (ISO), and Indian Society of Medical & Pediatric Oncology (ISMPO) reflecting her dedication to advancing cancer care.
